Roll metal cross-cutting lines are designed for processing rolls weighing up to 40 tons with a sheet thickness of 0.1 to 20 mm and a width of up to 2200 mm. Additionally, the metal cross-cutting lines can be equipped with edge-cutting scissors. Along with hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, steel with a lacquer or polymer coating, as well as stainless steel, aluminum or copper can be processed on the machine.

The slitting lines of rolled metal are characterized by high productivity of strip preparation of the required width for its further use in technological processes. The CNC control of the line allows you to control its operation at all stages of the dissolution of the tape, ensuring high quality and accuracy of the resulting strip, as well as the possibility of quick changeover for a new task. For longitudinal cutting of cold-rolled or hot-rolled rolled metal, ARKU offers technological lines that allow processing a sheet up to 6 mm thick. The lines are designed to use rolls up to 2000 mm wide and allow processing hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper with a feed rate of over 400 meters per minute.

At the same time, the correct machine is separated by a looping pit from the feeding mechanism. In some cases, the processes of submission and editing of the material can be combined.
